Mixed Martial Arts training can provide teens with a host of different physical, mental and emotional benefits. It encourages discipline, boosts confidence, teaches self-defence, increases strength and agility and so much more! As parents, it’s important to recognise the potential impact martial arts has on our children’s lives and upbringing.

Specifically tailored for teens, our mixed martial arts classes (MMA) are becoming increasingly popular among today’s youth due to the increased popularity of organisations such as Cage Warriors and the UFC.

Our classes are taught by Kerry Isom who has headlined major events and is more than comfortable in the cage, she takes the time to breakdown techniques helping the teenagers evolve at their own rate.
